SP is a mineral-filled HDPE film made by extrusion. Minerals and polyethylene are combined into single-layer material, giving it the soft feel of paper, the strong performance of flexible film and reliable protection.

What makes SP different
Traditional margarine packaging relies on aluminium laminates and other different multilayer structures. They increase complexity, add cost and make recycling harder. Paper based solutions often provide weaker barrier that depend on added chemicals.

What is the typical lead time and where do you deliver?
The typical production and delivery lead time is approximately 14–20 days, depending on the margarine packaging specification, order volume and final destination. We deliver worldwide and arrange transport according to the agreed delivery terms.
What information do you need to prepare a quotation for margarine packaging?
Please provide the required roll width or sheet size, thickness, whether printing is needed and, if so, the number of colours. You can also send us your existing margarine wrap specification or packaging design if it contains these parameters. We will additionally need your estimated annual volume and preferred delivery terms.
What is the minimum order quantity for margarine packaging film?
Our standard MOQ starts from approximately 300 kg, depending on the material specification, printing requirements and final format. Smaller quantities can also be considered individually for testing or specific projects.
Can SP replace my current margarine wrap?
Yes, SP is an alternative to paper-foil laminates, coated or greaseproof papers, PE films and other flexible margarine packaging structures, depending on the required barrier properties and packing process. We recommend sending us your current material specification or sample so we can select the most suitable SP grade for trial.
Is SP suitable for different types of margarine?
SP can be evaluated for different block margarine formulations, including vegetable-fat, plant-based and blended margarines. Because fat composition, consistency, filling temperature and storage conditions may differ between products, final suitability should be confirmed through testing with the specific margarine and packaging process.
